1. Who we are

Fortune Business Hub ("we", "us") provides a personal financial planning workspace where you and your appointed coach can capture, organise and review your family's financial picture.

2. What we collect

• Account data: email address used to sign in.
• Family profile: names, relationships, dates of birth, gender, contact details.
• Identity numbers: PAN, Aadhaar (you enter these voluntarily).
• Financial data: income, budgets, assets, liabilities, insurance, investments, goals.
• Health & lifestyle: blood group, fitness, medical notes (optional).
• Documents: files you upload to the document vault.

3. How we store it

Your data lives in an encrypted Postgres database hosted on Lovable Cloud (powered by Supabase). Files in the document vault are stored in private buckets with row-level security; only you (and a coach you explicitly grant access to) can read them. Connections are protected by TLS.

4. How we use it

Solely to operate the workspace for you — display your data, compute insights, and let your coach collaborate. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

5. Sensitive identifiers (PAN / Aadhaar)

You are not required to enter PAN or Aadhaar. If you choose to, they are stored only to help you later connect financial data sources. We do not share them externally without your explicit instruction.

6. Your rights

• Access, edit or delete any field at any time from the app.
• Delete your account on request — all your data and uploaded documents are removed.
• Export your data in CSV from the relevant module.

7. Children

The product is intended for adults. Children's information may be entered as part of the family profile by the responsible adult account holder.
